His 35 years' experience in the financial services industry saw Lionel in Senior and Executive positions in Operations and Client Service at Curo Fund Services from 2000 to 2010 and again from 2012 to current. He recently held the position of Risk Executive, responsible for the legal, audit, risk and compliance functions. Lionel currently holds the position of Managing Director and Acting Chief Executive Officer of Curo Fund Services.
After 20 years in finance, the challenge of doing something different brought Lance to Curo Fund Services given the business’ growth trajectory. A CA by training with experience in both retail and institutional financial services sectors, he manages the Operations Business Unit to ensure a high level of efficient service is delivered to our clients daily.
Darren joined the Curo leadership team as Executive for Product and Business Development having previously fulfilled leadership roles for key players including Alexander Forbes, Investment Solutions and Momentum Investments. A recipient of the Investment Solutions Managing Director’s Award for overall achievement, Darren ensures our advanced, cutting-edge response to market needs.
Craig’s 15 years in financial services spans continents. He has held leadership roles at global firms including Cim Global Business in Mauritius and for MMI International, the merged entity of Metropolitan International and Momentum Africa. He brings this knowledge and expertise to Curo’s project space with a view to industry innovation by modernising the administration business in South Africa.
Mandla joined Curo Fund Services in June 2014 bringing more than 14 years' experience in the field of Human Resources within the financial services industry. Among others, his experience includes Performance Management, Labour Law, Organisational development, Employee development and HR Strategy. He leads the team who ensures that Curo remains an employer of choice with a world-class Employee Value Proposition.
